I attended different trainings with the Hilton and Starwood company. Please find below a list of the most important trainings I attended. All of these trainings where held by an external trainer:
Supervision at Hilton - As it says, the training is based on supervision by teaching basic knowledge of leadership tools.
Micros for Supervisors - The training teaches you how to create and maintain menu items, reports, users and general administrate the system. One week training course at Micros head office.
Pro-Active Leadership - This course at Hilton gives you a full one week training in using the most important management tools. Video analyzing was followed on each lesson.
Operational Finance - It gives you an overview of all Hilton finance standards and reporting tools. One week training course.
Interviewing and Coaching Skills - This three days training course helps you how to find and coach a successful team within a company.
Dynamic People Management - A two days training which is focused on a successful leader and how I become one. A full 360 degree feedback is included.
Leadership at Starwood - This training, 2 sessions each 2 days, give you a basic overview on leadership at Starwood.
Having attended a private hotel management school I gained tremendous knowledge of business and political economics, accountancy, labour legislation and human resource management. My work experience and this knowledge making me to a successful leader.

Having fulfilled a training and passing the exam I am able to instruct as state registered instructor and guide trainees / apprentices within the hospitality industry.
In general I have very good computer skills. In particular all MS Windows based software as the office application with Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Further hotel industry software as Fidelio, Opera and Micros.
In addition I have profound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and GoLive) and I am well versed with Macintosh software since I am using an Apple computer in privat.
