From July 1987 to June 1990 I started my career with an apprenticeship as chef at the Cardiac and Circulatory Center in Gross Gerungs.
A three year traineeship combined with an vocational school and final examination to receive the job title as chef. During this period I got to know about the different tasks as chef and learned everything about food.
