From May 2001 to September 2002 I was responsible for the f&b department at the Hilton Munich City.
The hotel with its 481 bed rooms, 2 restaurants, bar, lobby cafe, in-room dining and meeting facilities for up to 500 is the most successful hotel in town in terms of occupancy. The f&b department counts 80 staff members and an annual turnover of Euro 5,5 mill.

Responsible for the F&B department (without kitchen) for the areas finance, guest satisfaction, quality and employee satisfaction.
Successfully implemented promotions on a regular basis. Increased guest satisfaction tremendously.
Due to an offer from the Hilton company I decided to move on to a higher position.
