Since January 12th, 2006 I am responsible for the f&b department at the ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel (in May 2009: The Westin Grand, Munich) and the Sheraton Munich Arabellapark in Munich / Germany.
With an annual f&b turnover of approx. Euro 20 mill and over 200 staff members, the complex is one of the largest deluxe hotel operation within Europe.

The ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel (in 2008: The Westin Grand Munich) & the Sheraton Munich Arabellapark are flagship properties within ArabellaStarwood Hotelmanagement Company, which is a joint venture between Schoerghuber Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
The Grand Hotel with its 629 room, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 24-hour in-room dining and meeting facilities for up to 2,000 is one of the most inviting grand hotels in Europe. ArabellaSheraton Bogenhausen with 469 bed rooms, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 24-hour in-room dining and 20 meeting rooms is together with the sister hotel, the ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel Munich, located on the opposite side of the road, the largest conference centre in southern Germany.
